Trust and safety

Clear signals are better than vague badges.

ActiveHustler is designed to show what has been checked, what remains pending, and what customers should still judge for themselves.

Trust model

Evidence, privacy, moderation, and redress work together.

No single score or badge can eliminate service risk. The platform's job is to make useful evidence easier to understand and give users clearer controls.

01

Verification signals

Identity, business, or community checks are shown according to their actual status. A profile is not called identity-verified unless that check is complete.

02

Controlled contact reveal

Public search and Passport pages do not expose phone or WhatsApp numbers. Contact sharing follows applicable booking and acceptance rules.

03

Work-linked reputation

Bookings, progress, completion, and eligible feedback give customers more context than an isolated testimonial screenshot.

04

Review integrity

Where applicable, verified review status follows completed, PIN-confirmed work. Other feedback states should remain visibly distinct.

05

Privacy and redress

Users can access privacy controls, account-data requests, reporting, dispute, and trust-appeal pathways supported by the platform.

06

Trust Score limits

The score summarizes available platform signals. It is not a guarantee of character, quality, safety, future performance, or legal compliance.

Important limitation

Use trust signals as decision support, not as a guarantee.

Service fit, price, timing, scope, safety, and professional qualifications may still require direct questions and independent judgment.

Read the Ranking and Trust Score Disclosure, Privacy Notice, and Terms of Service for the detailed operating rules.

Trust grows when the evidence stays visible.

Explore hustlers carefully or create a profile that explains your work with precision.
