A referred user can earn points for a hustler once per milestone. Extra jobs or repeated reviews from that same invited user do not keep stacking contest points.
Refined rules
A better version of the idea keeps the reward exciting and the scoring harder to game.
The strongest change is using milestone caps per invited user. That keeps the contest about referral quality, not about repeatedly recycling the same contact for extra points.
Count only contest-window referrals
Only invited users who sign up during this contest window can score. That keeps the race clean and easy to explain.
Keep the 10-point cap per invited user
Each invited user can unlock at most 7 points for verification, 2 for their first completed job, and 1 for their first review.
Require real work before bonus points
The completed-job and review bonuses count only after the invited user completes real work on ActiveHustler.
Use a tie-breaker ahead of time
If two hustlers finish level on points, the winner should be the one who reached that final score earlier.
